It’s that time of year again and I just wanted to take time out to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! The video below covers a lot of what I’ve written, but I just wanted to bring you a little more information as you’ve been so kind to visit our new blog.
In 2014:
· You helped grow our business with over 15,000 new customers buying from us.
· We are well on our way to increasing our warehouse by over 50%. We can now procure larger quantities of stock and hold more ranges. The savings and choice are then passed on to you.
· We took a chance on launching a Loyalty Points scheme and it worked. Our customers have earned a total of over £10,000 in Loyalty Points and it’s a joy to have found a new way to reward our customers.
We’re not resting, in 2015:
· We’re launching a mobile app because we know you’re not always by a PC. That’s all I can say for now, but stay on the look out for the fastest ever way to order your packaging, PC free and faster than a phone call.
· The larger warehouse space is allowing us to further improve our stock levels. The goal is to never be out of stock on the items you want.
· Creativity is in our DNA. We’re increasing our ranges so that the latest packaging trends in your industry are available alongside your tried and tested favourites. Our buying and research department has grown and are passionately focused on sourcing the products your business needs to delight your customers.
I kept the video short but I’d also like to use this blog post to give a special nod to our latest business, Panther Office Supplies. We’re raising this new little sister stationary website to sit alongside Carrier Bag Shop, offering great value office supplies with the same level of service you’ve come to expect from us.
